How bots reach it
- Composio connection. Reached through a Composio connection, with a per-bot allowlist so each bot only sees the apps its role needs.
Roles that would use it
- projects_deskTrack what is in flight, what is blocked and the next date.
- chief_operating_officerName what is stuck, who has it and the next check.
Connect Asana from the app, then add it to the allowlist of each bot that needs it.
Rules
- No bot can use it until you add it to that bot's allowlist; bots start with no apps.
- Set its write tools to Ask, so each change waits on an approval card.
- Every tool call is checked against your Allow, Ask or Block rules first.
