How bots reach it
- Composio connection. Reached through a Composio connection, with a per-bot allowlist so each bot only sees the apps its role needs.
Roles that would use it
- support_answersDraft replies to customer questions from your docs and past answers.
research_leadCoordinate source-grounded answers: the question, the sources, the analysis, a review and a verified answer that names its gaps.
Connect SharePoint from the app, then add it to the allowlist of each bot that needs it.
Rules
- No bot can use it until you add it to that bot's allowlist; bots start with no apps.
- Start read-only: give bots its read tools first and add writes later.
- Every tool call is checked against your Allow, Ask or Block rules first.
