How bots reach it

Connect Lever from the app, then add it to the allowlist of each bot that needs it.
Rules
- No bot can use it until you add it to that bot's allowlist; bots start with no apps.
- Set its write tools to Ask, so each change waits on an approval card.
- Set its send tools to Ask, so each message waits on an approval card.
- Hiring decisions stay with people.
- Every tool call is checked against your Allow, Ask or Block rules first.
