How bots reach it
- Composio connection. Reached through a Composio connection, with a per-bot allowlist so each bot only sees the apps its role needs.
Roles that would use it
- decision_deskRecord a decision, the reason, who asked and what must not happen.
chief_of_staffPrepare the day's list. Name the officer, the desk and the next step for each item.
Connect Fireflies from the app, then add it to the allowlist of each bot that needs it.
Rules
- No bot can use it until you add it to that bot's allowlist; bots start with no apps.
- Start read-only: give bots its read tools first and add writes later.
- Every tool call is checked against your Allow, Ask or Block rules first.
