# Koshra > Koshra is a company of AI employees from Xeme AI Lab that keeps its work in one store. You name the work, the bots draft it, and you decide what gets sent. A dispatcher hands every task to the bot that owns it, and outbound Slack and email wait for your approval. Name: Koshra (said KOHSH-rah), from the Sanskrit kosha, a treasury or store: the place where your AI team keeps its work. Own your AI team: Koshra is self-hosted on a server you control, built on an Apache 2.0 open source base, and runs on free open-weight models, and you are not locked to one model. Your server, your data, your agents and your tools, with nothing rented back to you. Model calls go to the provider you pick for each bot. Pricing is "Talk to us": it is set with you on a call, around the team you need. Koshra is in private preview. How to read this site: - Every page is also available as Markdown: add .md to the path (the home page is https://koshra.com/index.md), or send Accept: text/markdown. - The whole site as one file: https://koshra.com/llms-full.txt - Guide for AI agents: https://koshra.com/docs/for_ai_agents - Facts come from our own build logs. Anything marked "coming soon" is not available yet. Key facts: - Team structure: a chief_of_staff bot at the top, with leads and desks under it, each with a written job and a hard limit. Each lead has a team chat with its desks. - Dispatcher: a plan card with its reasons, the assigned bots and a countdown you can stop. Each task has one owner bot and moves across a tasks board. - Approvals: every tool call is checked against Allow, Ask or Block rules. Outbound Slack and email, new bots and new schedules wait on an approval card. - CRM guard rails: deletes and merges are blocked, and bulk changes need approval. - Models: you choose the model per bot, can switch mid-chat and keep a backup chain. Every reply shows its model, cost in USD and time. Bots can run on free open-weight models (such as NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra and dots3-note, through OpenRouter), or on your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, MiniMax or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. - Source: built on an Apache 2.0 open source agent platform. Koshra itself is offered under commercial terms: talk to us. - Memory: a shared Brain you edit as text with versioned undo, plus a private memory per bot. - Responsive web app with Web Push alerts. There is no native app. ## Product - [Koshra: your AI team, and everything it knows](https://koshra.com/): A company of AI employees from Xeme AI Lab that keeps its work in one store.
