Status: in use in our own Koshra workspace.

Bots read and draft in your Gmail. Google Workspace can also be connected inside the Koshra app.

## How bots reach it

- Composio connection: Reached through a Composio connection, with a per-bot allowlist so each bot only sees the apps its role needs.
- Built in: Part of the Koshra server itself.

## Rules

- Anything outbound waits on an approval card until you answer Allow.
- Every tool call is checked against your Allow, Ask or Block rules first.
